Shipping Coverage 

We currently provide free shipping to all serviceable pin codes across India. Please note that international shipping is not available at this time. 

Order Processing Timeline 

Once your order is confirmed, it will typically be processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. After processing, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order and shipping details. 

Delivery Timeline 

  • Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 8 business days from the date of dispatch. 
     
  • We strive to ensure your women’s accessories arrive on time and in perfect condition. 
     
  • Delivery timelines may vary slightly based on your location and local courier operations. 

Failed Delivery Attempts 

In case of delivery failure due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package: 

  • Our courier partner will attempt up to two additional deliveries. 
     
  • If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse. 
     
  • Re-delivery can be arranged upon request; additional shipping charges may apply in some cases. 

Damaged or Lost Shipments 

  • If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. 
     
  • To help us resolve the issue promptly, kindly include clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging. 
     
  • In the event of a lost shipment, we will coordinate with our courier partner to verify the issue and arrange a replacement or process a refund accordingly. 

Delivery Restrictions 

  • Certain items, particularly bulky or fragile products, may be subject to specific shipping guidelines or delivery limitations.
